I’m Sahra Dixon, a farmer, mother and entrepreneur based in rural NSW.

What began as The Wool Shed, a pop-up restaurant in our shearing shed, has grown into Sahra, a brand that reflects a life shaped by food, gardening, family and creativity. Today, my work spans events, storytelling, and lifestyle content, all centred on the idea that simple pleasures and seasonal living can enrich everyday life.

Alongside running multiple businesses, I live on our family cattle farm, where days are balanced between raising children, building community, and growing something lasting. Sahra is the space where I share my journey, offering inspiration, practical ideas and a reminder that beauty and joy are found in the details of daily life.
